General Characteristics:
Cheerful self-starter who enjoys troubleshooting and can handle multiple responsibilities on a daily basis. Reliable, patient, good telephone demeanor. Must be computer literate and be comfortable with office technologies (digital camera, projector, laptops). Full-time, 8am - 5pm Monday-Friday.
Direction Received:
Reports to Office Administrator. Typical workload is a mix of assignments from Office Administrator and other co-workers.
Typical Duties and Responsibilities:
- Word-processing proposals (high typing speed; attention to detail)
- PowerPoint creation / modification
- Holiday card mailing coordination
- Phone answering
- Copying
- Faxing
- Internet and phone research
- Photo inventory and tracking
- General Services Administration web site research
- Project file close-out
