Position Summary:
Architectural Energy Corporation is seeking a FDD Development Engineer to assist existing staff develop the next generation of HVAC FDD. This exciting opportunity is with a long-established company developing the next generation of Cleantech software.
Architectural Energy Corporation is an internationally recognized pioneer and leader in building energy research, evaluation/commissioning and design consulting. As an FDD Engineer, you will be developing new FDD techniques for HVAC systems, and will join a group of other engineers in the complete design, enhancement, testing and roll out of highly-scalable software and systems.
Desired Characteristics:
- In-depth understanding of refrigeration and HVAC systems and principles.
- Experience with analysis of large time-series datasets.
- Extensive familiarity with statistical and process control data analysis techniques that could be used to detect system anomalies.
- Interest in working in a small fast-paced research and development team.
Requirements:
- MS in Engineering or other technical field.
- At least 5 years of experience
- Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills.
