THERMAL DISPLACEMENT VENTILATION (DV) IN
SCHOOLS
There are no K-12 schools in the State of
California with thermal displacement ventilation
systems. Design guidelines and best practices
for application of DV do not exist for California
climates. The baseline is conventional HVAC
system technology, which is dominated by
packaged systems.
