The
Outdoor Air Load Calculator is a java based tool for calculation of fresh
air heating and cooling loads. It utilizes weather data for only Canadian
and United States locations.
It
is provided to you free of charge through Pacific
Gas and Electric Company's Food Service Technology Center (FSTC).
This program is funded by California utility customers and administered
by Pacific Gas and Electric Company
under the auspices of the California Public Utilities Commission.

OPERATION: You are welcome to use the OAC interactively
over the Internet. Simply click on this link and the OAC will
start in your browser. All you need is a Java JDK 1.1 compliant
browser, your computer type (Mac, PC, Unix...) doesn't matter.
This download is approximately 374 kB and weather data is downloaded
interactively as needed.

Download: If you are planning to use the OAC frequently
you are welcome to download the entire application to your local computer.
This option will download the entire weather database and the actual
program in a compressed .zip format.
