Architectural Energy Corporation has developed a number of hardware and software products to support the design, commissioning, and operation and maintenance of energy efficient residential and commercial buildings.

AEC will also develop hardware and software products specifically for clients. The products may involve energy analysis software, building information exchange systems, or portable diagnostic systems.

ENFORMA® Diagnostic and Commissioning Software
Designed to assist commissioning agents, building facility owners and managers analyze and monitor the performance of HVAC, lighting, and control equipment to identify operational problems.

  LightLouver™ Daylight System
The LightLouver™ Daylighting System provides daylighting and solar control in one remarkable product.

REM Home Energy Analysis Software
Designed to assist homebuilders, designers, energy consultants, weatherization engineers, utilities, and home energy rating organizations analyze and rate the energy efficiency of residential buildings.

  VisualDOE 4.0
Enables users to evaluate energy and demand impacts of design alternatives. VisualDOE addresses all major building systems, including building envelope, lighting, daylighting, water heating, HVAC and central plant.

Data Logging Products
AEC designs, sells and leases portable data acquisition systems which record time-series data from virtually any sensor or transducer.

  Sensor Placement and Orientation Tool
SPOT assists the designer with quantifying lighting and annual daylighting characteristics of a space, and helps the designer establish optimal photo sensor placement relative to annual performance and annual energy savings.

More Software Tools
A collection of specialized software for checking compliance of specific energy codes, analyzing energy usage of HVAC central plants, and more.
