Software for HOBO® Energy Logger Pro

HOBOware 2.1 for Windows is Onset's next generation software for logger management, data graphing and data analysis. This totally new HOBOware for Windows supports all HOBO U-Series loggers, including HOBO Water Level and HOBO Pendant loggers; Onset's HOBO Weather Station, HOBO Micro Station, and HOBO Energy Logger Pro; and incorporates valuable new capabilities such as scaling data to sensor units and saving graphs so they can be recalled and used in the future. In addition, HOBOware 2.1 for Windows includes two new Post-Processing Assistants, for Growing Degree Days and Grains per Pound.

Easy Logger Setup
Select launch parameters, including:

Which channels to record
Logging interval (customizable from 1 second to over 18 hours)
Immediate start, delayed start, start at interval, or triggered (push-button or coupler) start
Battery level recording
Set up linear scaling to user-defined units for 0-2.5V or 4-20mA inputs (U-series loggers only)
Battery level indication
Synchronizes logger's clock to computer's clock

Graphing

Check Logger Status:

Verify logger set-up before launch
Verify logger operation while logging
Displays real-time sensor readings
Displays memory used and battery voltage

Export Data to Other Programs:

One-click export to Microsoft® Excel or other ASCII-compatible programs
Support for international date and time formats
Copy and paste graph images into other programs

Post-Processing Assistants:
Post-Processing Assistants create new data series that can be graphed and exported.

Barometric Compensation Assistant (for water level compensation)
Growing Degree Days is a measurement of growth potential given historical temperature data. It can be a measure of crop or pest maturity, given the input parameters.
Grains per Pound also known as Humidity Ratio or Mixing Ratio, is a measure of the mass in grains of H2O in a pound of otherwise dry air.
