VisualDOE Training

Architectural Energy Corporation is pleased to announce another VisualDOE training seminars of 2007.

VisualDOE is a whole building energy simulation tool covering building envelope, lighting and daylighting, water heating, HVAC systems, and central plant. VisualDOE version 4.1 build 0002 is approved as an energy analysis tool for the IRS Tax Deduction for commercial buildings (EPACT 2005).

VisualDOE Training

This hands-on 2-day training session focused on DOE-2, the VisualDOE interface, VisualDOE 4 new features, general energy simulation skills, and LEED-NC 2.1 and 2.2 energy savings calculations for green buildings. Attendees that bring their own laptop computer will gain experience through modeling exercises. Attendees are welcome to bring their projects for discussions in class. Order VisualDOE training.

No prior energy modeling experience is required, but a good understanding of building systems is very helpful.

A free one-month license for VisualDOE 4 is included with the training. VisualDOE 4 is also available at a discount to training attendees.
