Detailed Energy Study, Commissioning, and M&V Services for the Andrew Jackson & Rachel Jackson State Office Buildings
AEC performed an investment grade audit of both buildings, including the development of calibrated building energy simulation models.
  Xilinx Development Center
The Xilinx Development Center in Longmont, Colorado houses the software development function of the Xilinx Corporation, an embedded logic chip manufacturer.
Missouri Historical Society
The addition to the Missouri Historical Society Museum in St. Louis, provides the increased space and services to meet the needs of the museum staff and visiting public, while presenting a modern example of energy and environmentally responsible architecture.
  Department of Transportation Office Building
While not veering far from traditional design and construction practices, the building was able to achieve project sustainability goal primarily through careful consideration of design alternatives and heighten attention to detail throughout the construction process.

  Sheraton Chicago Hotel & Towers Cityfront Center
AEC was hired to perform a detailed energy study of the hotel, including short-term diagnostic monitoring, energy modeling, and economic analysis of energy conservation measures.
Indianapolis International Airport
Located in the middle of the airport runways, the new terminal consists of a large Departure Hall, Security Halls, two concourses, Arrival Hall, and a large interior Civic Plaza.
  Donald Bren School of Environmental Science and Management
One of the first twelve LEED® Certified buildings, the Donald Bren School of Environmental Science and Management is an 85,000 square foot, multi-use facility on the University of California, Santa Barbara campus.
Tahoe Center for Environmental Sciences
The LEED® Platinum Tahoe Center for Environmental Science is based on "best practices" of energy and environmental (sustainable) design.
  Laramie County Library
Awarded "Library of the Year" by Library Journal, the Laramie County Library received LEED® Gold Certification for its innovative sustainable solutions.
