	Energy Conservation Potential Analysis for the State of Tennessee Investigated energy conservation opportunities at 14 State buildings in downtown Nashville, encompassing 3.7 million square feet of conditioned space.			Detailed Energy Study, Commissioning, and M&V Services for the Andrew Jackson & Rachel Jackson State Office Buildings AEC performed an investment grade audit of both buildings, including the development of calibrated building energy simulation models.
	Southeast Regional Schools - Measurement and Verification Services AEC performed short-term pre- and post-retrofit monitoring of lighting and HVAC systems at 87 schools comprising 435 individual buildings.
