AEC has collaborated on more than 250 LEED projects worldwide. We have in-house experts in order who offer a full package of LEED services including LEED certification consulting, sustainable design charrettes and consulting, energy modeling and analysis, daylighting modeling and analysis, both fundamental and enhanced commissioning, and measurement & verification. Keeping multiple LEED-related scopes of work under one roof offers our clients greater efficiencies through clear lines of communication and less time needed for coordination between consultants.

AEC’s LEED Certification Consulting services identify and integrate viable sustainable design strategies into new construction and existing buildings. We advise and work with building owners and design teams each step of the way from pre-design through construction, and we organize the preparation and online submittal of LEED documentation to obtain LEED certification. We offer Sustainable Design/LEED Charrettes at the outset of a project. These charrettes are a collaborative process for design professionals and building owners and managers to establish project goals for sustainable design and energy efficiency, and provide a preliminary assessment of the project using the LEED rating system. By engaging our clients from early in the design process, we are able to provide sustainable design guidance to project teams to optimize energy and environmental performance.
