Design Phase Services (design-build projects)

• Advise on alternative design and construction practices which are economical and energy and environmentally responsive.
• Advise on product and material choices that meet budget and functional design criteria (reliability, availability, durability, maintainability, etc.).
• Advise on LEED-related rating criteria and the LEED® Certification process.

Bid Phase Services

• Assist in LEED® review of Bid Documents.
• Advise on product and material choices and construction practices that will meet the specified sustainable requirements.
• Advise on building commissioning requirements contained in construction specifications.
• Advise on activities and costs to obtain LEED® Certification.
• Conduct on-site, pre-bid LEED® meeting with subcontractors.

Construction-Acceptance Phase Services

• Ensure compliance with all sustainable specifications/requirements and LEED® criteria.
• Prepare LEED® Certification documentation.
• Coordinate with commissioning authority to ensure all deficiencies resolved in a timely manner.
• Conduct on-site LEED® meeting / training with subcontractors.

Warranty Phase Services

• Participate in Warranty Phase reviews to ensure client Operation and Maintenance staff have properly and effectively maintained and operated the facility.

Additional Services

• Provide sustainable design and construction practices training to general contractor office and field staff.
• Provide LEED® Accredited Professional training to general contractor staff.
• Assist general contractor develop and maintain a database of sustainable design products, materials and systems – performance specifications, costs, etc.
• Commissioning services, LEED® or non-LEED® related.
• Measurement and Verification services, LEED® or non-LEED® related.
