In April 2007, the California Energy Commission announced a $2.5 million award to Architectural Energy Corporation and its project team for Compliance, Enforcement, and Outreach Support for Efficiency Programs.
The three-year program will address the need for timely training to increase compliance with existing Building Energy Efficiency Standards, and provide training to selected market participants. This program will also encourage energy efficiency upgrades whenever existing homes are sold and to promote increased energy efficiency in new homes that add solar generation. |
