Architectural Energy Corporation has a long-history (since 1982) of producing and presenting professional training programs. AEC is a registered Continuing Education Producer with the American Institute of Architects, and has provided continuing education programs for other professional organizations, such as ASHRAE, RESNET, IES, and the California Energy Commission. Training programs have been developed and offered in the following areas/topics:
- building-energy code compliance
- integrated energy design
- daylighting design and analysis
- VisualDOE energy analysis software
- building commissioning
- sustainable design
